Designed strictly as per Vaastu and climate, this 5BHK bungalow is designed tastefully to meet the client's every requirement. With two rooms on the ground floor, the master suite and three kids' rooms along with a separate study and family room were designed on the first floor.
The large cantilever roofs give climatic protection and also serve as a signature feature from the front elevation. The dining room on the ground floor extends into the garden area and allows a peaceful evening sit-out on fair weather days.
The design orientates main living spaces to catch the prevailing breeze, with deep overhangs that shade glazed elevations from direct sun while admitting diffused light throughout the day. Materials are responsive to the Tamil Nadu climate: cool stone floors, lime render on the exterior, and heavy masonry walls that moderate the internal temperature.
A 5BHK villa in Tirupur designed strictly to Vaastu and the Tamil Nadu climate — deep cantilever roofs for shade, stone floors for coolness, heavy masonry walls that moderate the internal temperature through the long summer.
Materials are responsive to the Tamil Nadu climate: cool stone floors, lime render on the exterior, and heavy masonry walls that moderate the internal temperature.
Main living spaces are oriented to catch the prevailing breeze. The cantilever roofs serve simultaneously as shade structure and as the villa's most distinctive external gesture.
