Mariwala Estate, a 70,000 sq ft sprawl, is located in the embrace of Mother Nature — just a couple of kilometres from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, away from the common din and yet connected to the market, hospital, bank and a Jain temple.
The existing structure required strengthening while preserving its Art Deco character. New additions include a clubhouse, cantilever lap pool, staff quarters, and redesigned landscape. The gallery provides views of mountains, waterfalls, and the scenic Lonavala skies.
