Electronic Bank Lobby — J&K Bank
The E-Lobby is a new facility provided by leading banks to empower customers to conduct banking transactions as per their convenience, without any time restriction — saving time, eliminating queues, and offering additional services that ATMs do not provide.
The challenge was to design a space that was state-of-the-art and confidently modern, while also inheriting the corporate brand and keeping in mind the cultural heritage of the region. This generated soft forms that reflect the gentleness of the people, whites that depict the magic of snow, digital lines on the floor that signify today's tech era, and three colours that speak to the brand.
A much-talked-about design waiting to be built — this concept demonstrates how banking infrastructure can become a cultural landmark rather than a generic utility.
