The bank is designed to offer personal attention to every customer and deliver a consistent banking experience across all channels. The design features an 'Elite' reception, waiting lounge, relationship manager office, and business rooms to give premium customers an elegant and private experience.
This concept demonstrates how the bank branch — traditionally a civic space defined by queues and counters — can be reimagined as a place of discretion and ease, where the transaction is almost incidental to the quality of the environment.
