This project is an initiative taken by J&K Bank to improve the banking experience for the industrialists of Jammu & Samba. The building of ground plus one storey houses a full-fledged bank branch at the lower level — with an electronic ATM lobby having 24×7 direct access from the road.
The upper level houses a cluster office along with a business centre that will encourage businessmen and provide a fully equipped space to hold important business collaborations and meetings, helping take their business further.
The design balances institutional credibility with accessibility — the ATM lobby is designed for frictionless 24-hour use, while the upper floor business centre carries the warmth and discretion required for high-value client meetings. The two programmes are distinct in character but unified by a consistent material language.
