This 14-acre property is situated in Kamptee, 20km from the bustling city of Nagpur. Kamptee has an old and very picturesque army cantonment area. The campus is designed to accommodate a management institute and an engineering college in the first phase, totalling 400,000 sq ft.
The project was part-built as inherited, so Team Design built on the existing building footprint and completed the building with a stunning front entrance gate along with the entire site planning and landscape.
The challenge was to give coherence to a campus that had begun without a master plan. The solution establishes a clear arrival sequence — from gate to courtyard to building entrance — that makes the campus feel intentional and complete, while the new wings continue the architectural language of the inherited structures.
A 14-acre campus in Kamptee, 20km from Nagpur — a management institute and engineering college inherited part-built, completed by Team Design with a master plan, arrival sequence, and a new front gate that makes the campus feel intentional and whole.

New wings continue the architectural language of the inherited structures while the gate-to-courtyard-to-entrance arrival sequence provides the order and legibility the campus previously lacked.
