The shape of this 70-acre plot with a north-east constricted mouth helped generate the concept of five fingers radiating from the entrance. Each finger functions as a separate institute — covering hospitality, management, health sciences, banking training, and a centre of excellence.
The layout radiates from the entrance through zones of common facilities, a forest area, institute space, and residential units surrounded by a service road. The five-finger concept allows each institute to maintain its own identity while sharing infrastructure and connecting back to a common arrival sequence.
At 1.5 million square feet, this is one of the largest projects in the firm's portfolio. The scale demanded a planning logic that was both legible from the air and navigable on foot — the radiating geometry provides both.
