Guest House — NRB Bearings
NRB Bearings, based in Aurangabad, provide world-class bearing solutions to Indian and global markets. The project was to design a guest house building that would house their important officials.
The building infrastructure is state of the art with amenities including a gym, business centre, and an open terrace garden at the podium level — to which a leading café chain was given access, creating an active ground-level presence for the building.
The brief called for a facility that would impress senior guests while remaining practical for extended stays. The suite arrangement balances the hotel-like quality expected by visiting executives with the comfort and ease of serviced accommodation, avoiding the impersonality of a corporate hotel.
