Precision Metal Pvt. Ltd — exporters, suppliers, and manufacturers of steel bars and bright bars — have their manufacturing sheds on a 14-acre property in Khopoli, about 80km from Mumbai. The project was to design an office building that would cater to the overall needs of today's small corporate house.
The 10,000 sq ft building stands among industrial sheds but serves as a client-facing headquarters, so it was given a more civic character than the buildings around it.
